The print option "Suppress colors/shading in printout"
can be found:
Click print-button, button "Properties" (at the bottom
right), button "Specifications". Select the
corresponding parameter
from the drop-down "NO SHADE Suppress colors/shading in
printout".
The default value for this parameter is "No", switch that to
"Yes". Select the validity
accordingly to your needs, click button
"Copy Settings", then "Enter". Open the tree
"Output"
and double-click "suppress colors/shading", then
flag the check box for the parameter and if
you like the check box for
"Show Selected Print Parameters on Initial Screen".
