SAP JAVA Startup Framework

1.Jcontrol Initialization
2.Initialize BootStrap
3..Bootstrap reads the properties from DB
4.Bootstrap updates instance properties
5.Jcontrol initializes Jlaunch
6.Dispatcher and Kernal libraries are synchronized before they get start
7.Jcontrol initializes JLaunch
8.Server kernal , libraries ,binaries are synchronized before they get start
9.Server starts the application
